What happened in the world of tabletop over the last week?
Maps are an under-rated art form. This week Cartographers Guild talked to famous fantasy map maker Mike Schley. I’m not sure if they got more than they bargained for.
Over on GeekDad, Rob Huddleston, Preston Burt and Jonathan Liu recount their Gen Con experience. Specifically, their attempts to conquer the True Dungeon.
The chance to be included in the ConCentric 2016 door prize is almost over. If you plan on attending the event, but haven’t purchased a ticket, now is the time to do it.
Apparently GeekDad are doing God’s work this week. They also marked the relaunch of White Dwarf as a monthly title by providing a list of the five best issues of White Dwarf ever.
The much anticipated Kickstarter for Thornwatch went live. It’s already exceeded the funding goal, but that isn’t a surprise.
Yahoo 7 News covers a card game created to teach Indigenous Australian governance structures and community behaviours. It’s an excellent example that games can be used to communicate cultural ideas.
Kim Brebach from Good Games Publishing talks Unfair with Druid City Games. Good to see Kim persisting with is Cyberman cosplay.
