What happened in the world of tabletop over the last week?

Board Game Brothas raised almost USD$81,000 for Black Lives Matter, Black Lives Matter CA, NAACP, and Know Your Rights Camp through sales of its game Rap Godz.

The event replacing Origins Game Fair, Origins Online, has been cancelled. This follows criticism of the organisers regarding their silence on Black Lives Matter.

We also saw Wizards of the Coast ban seven Magic: The Gathering cards because of racist content.

A sad day for our editor. Writer Denny O’Neil passed away at age 81. He was responsible for, among a great many things, the concept of the Transformers.

Your Friend is Sad

You have a friend. They are sad. Can you cheer them up? Go ride a bike with them. Or cook something. Just get those feelings and brain goops flowing.

Your Friend is Sad is a hand management and card matching game for 1-4 players. It has a goal of AUD$21,436 and has so far raised over AUD$84,500 with 24 days to go. The campaign is being run by Jason Anarchy, and is his ninth.
