What happened in the world of tabletop over the last week?

What are we doing when we back Kickstarters that might not be good, but we are afraid to miss out on? No Pun Included decided to ask this very question, to interesting results.

Gameosity talked to board game hero Kenechukwu Ogbuagu, game designer and creator of ABCon, about this newest project; a campaign for a board game cafe in Nigeria.

While we are talking worldwide games, ATGN gave us a little look into some games from around the world. Tabula looks like it would be at home with a modern publisher.

Alea Tools: Color Mix Magnetic Status Markers for RPG

These Magnetic Status Markers are coloured discs that fit under miniatures. Wet and dry erase safe, they can be used in roleplay games to record important information like modifiers and skill checks.

The Kickstarter has successfully reached its goal of AUD$1,351 with 25 days still to go. It is being run by Alea Tools, which has three successfully funded and delivered Kickstarters already under its belt.
