PAXAus 2017 dates announced

PAXAus 2017

Australia has been waiting patiently, and today is the day. PAXAus dates for this year have been announced. This year PAXAus will take place 27-29 October, again returning to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

“Australia’s gaming community has given PAX such an incredible home here,” said Jerry Holkins, co-founder of PAX and Penny Arcade.  “This year will see the fifth PAX Aus erupt in Melbourne, and there’s every indication it will be the best one yet.”

This date is slightly earlier than the last few events. It is possible that this is due to scheduling with the venue, though it seems more likely this is to make sure PAXAus doesn’t clash too much with the new PAX Unplugged.

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale 14 March, with single day tickets AUD$65 and local or international three day passes AUD$165. Keep an eye on the PAX Aus website for more details.
