What happened in the world of tabletop over the last week?
Have you ever watched those antique valuing shows? I wonder how long before tabletop stuff starts to appear on them.
Roleplay ponies are trotting their way over the globe. Fans of both My Little Pony and roleplay in U.S and Canada are going to be excited.
Not strictly tabletop, but Kickstarter and tabletop are forever linked at this point. Kickstarter darling Pebble has had portions of it bought by Fitbit. Another warning tale that success on Kickstarter doesn’t necessarily mean success in business.
As tabletop gamers, we love a cool map or board. So of course Casual Game Revolution have put together this handy map of game conventions worldwide.
And don’t forget, Issue 18 of The Campaigner is out now. It has a dragon on the front! You would think a dragon would have appeared at least once before now, but nope.
Some of the new Kickstarters from this week:
- Knight Light — Display Miniatures On A Customized Lamp
- Akushon: Recruit Deck
- FANTASY FOOTBALL RATMEN TEAM BY WILLY MINIATURES
- Trainwreck: A Game of Courting Disaster
- The Cardmogrifier
