What happened in the world of tabletop over the last week?

It’s been doing the rounds, but just in case you missed it somehow. Board gamers sure say the darndest things.

This is Cracked, so most of us know that their latest article isn’t intended as a serious piece of journalism. But as you may recall, things like ABCon do exist.

Speaking of which, Kenechukwu Ogbuagu live streamed part of the set up of the first Nigerian boardgame cafe.

World Siege

On the world of Wahterra vastly different factions battle to take the planet. Plan for your factions weaknesses, and overcome your opponent’s strengths, as you attempt to capture 42 different territories. World Siege is a 2-4 asymmetrical area control game.

World Siege is being run by Horde Gaming. This is their first Kickstarter. The campaign has a funding goal of AUD$19,302 and has raised over AUD$700 with 26 days to go.
