Australian company Syrinscape have released an official sound pack for the Pathfinder campaigner Rise of the Runelords. The sound pack is called Burnt Offerings, and is available on the Syrinscape website. The pack brings to life the Goblin Attack on Sandpoint, and also includes other sounds to augment a Pathfinder RPG gaming sessions.
Syrinscape is a sound design app that provides evocative ambient background effects and soundtrack to your tabletop gaming experience. It uses a powerful audio engine and complex algorithms to produce ever-changing soundscapes and rich encounter specific music. SoundSets are made up of numerous independently controllable ‘elements’, each representing a component of the audio environment. Each ‘element’ distributes randomly chosen samples into the 3D environment surrounding the listener. All this works together to create immersive sound with no annoying repetitions or patterns.
This is the first ever audioscape for Pathfinder, and Syrinscapes first product aimed at a specific game system and campaign.
